A reputable hotel in Obada is seeking a highly experienced and efficient Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, and manage staff performance.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel
Supervise and coordinate all departments (front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, security, etc.)
Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety standards
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
Implement strategies to improve occupancy and revenue

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND qualification.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in hotel management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
Good understanding of hotel operations and hospitality standards
Professional, organized, and proactive personality
Male candidates are preferred.
