A reputable hotel in Obada is seeking a highly experienced and efficient Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, and manage staff performance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel
- Supervise and coordinate all departments (front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, security, etc.)
- Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
- Implement strategies to improve occupancy and revenue
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND qualification.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
- Good understanding of hotel operations and hospitality standards
- Professional, organized, and proactive personality
- Male candidates are preferred.
