Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create both online and physical awareness of the hostel, highlighting its unique selling features to attract interest.
- Create online content and come up with flyer designs, and channel them to major areas of visibility
- Establish a relationship within the school community to explore opportunities that attract both freshers and old students.
- Conduct property viewings and provide thorough information to prospects, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Establish collaboration with local estate agents to drive more awareness and sales
- Negotiate property rent and terms of contract favourable to the clients
- Facilitate deal closure by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed
- Stay updated on market trends around the local area and competitive offerings to provide clients with informed advice
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma
- 2 years of experience in hospitality or real estate marketing is preferred.
- The successful candidates must be available to resume in August.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 + Commision on Sales
