Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and onboard high-performing professionals across real estate sales, site engineering, architecture, legal, and administration.
- Drive a KPI-driven culture by designing and managing appraisal systems, commission-based incentive structures, and performance improvement plans.
- Build a collaborative, transparent, and motivating work environment that drives retention and employee engagement.
- Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian Labour Laws, Lagos State employment regulations, and employee welfare packages.
- Identify skills gaps and design continuous learning programs for sales agents, project managers, and executive staff.
- Oversee competitive compensation structures, commission schedules, and employee benefits.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (experience within real estate, construction, or hospitality in Lagos is highly preferred).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least one Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian Labour Law, Lagos State workplace practices, and local compensation trends.
- Strong conflict-resolution, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a track record of handling high-stakes employee relations.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS software, ATS, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
