Job summary

We seek a dedicated, warm, & discreet High-Profile Caregiver to provide exceptional personal care, companionship, & wellbeing support within a private household. The successful candidate will be emotionally intelligent, patient, & attentive, with the ability to deliver dignified, respectful, & high-quality care in a safe & structured environment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering comfort and dignity.
  • Monitor health, well-being, and daily routines, and report any changes promptly.
  • Assist with medication reminders in line with family and medical guidance.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
  • Accompany the client to appointments, outings, and social engagements.
  • Liaise with family members and healthcare professionals as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Travel with the family when required.


Requirements:

  • Certification or training in Caregiving, Health Care Assistance, Nursing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a caregiver in a private household, hospital, or reputable care setting.
  • Strong understanding of elderly care, disability support, or special care needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, calm, and patient disposition.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
  • First Aid/CPR certification is an added advantage.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience caring for elderly or high-needs clients.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.

Computer literate with ability to use smartphones messaging apps and basic digital tools Excellent command of written and spoken English Ability to document daily activities care notes and observations clearly Basic understanding of virtual communication platforms (e.g. Zoom WhatsApp video) for updates and coordination Good record-keeping and reporting skills Ability to follow written care plans and instructions accurately
