Job summary
Results-driven Outbound Sales Executive needed to generate leads, negotiate professionally, and close deals. You will master our sales process in Week 1 or less, complete a 1-week performance trial, and be expected to secure serious client interest or signed deals within 30 days. Proven track record in outbound sales and closing required.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of outbound sales experience.
- Evidence of past deals closed and how you closed them.
- Strong negotiation skills

- Comfortable speaking to decision-makers
What You Must Be Excellent At:
- High-volume outbound calling
- Confident cold outreach (phone + email)
- Professional negotiationHandling objections
- Following up consistently
- Closing deals
- Hitting targets under pressure
Conversion Ability:
- If performance is not convincing → we end the contract.
- Maximum 1 Month Evaluation. We can push to 2 months in some cases to fully understand skills.
- Within 30 days, you must: Sign a deal OR bring in at least 1 serious, decision-ready client progressing to the contract stage.
- No results = no continuation.
