Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians with assigned tasks and daily site activities
- Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians accurately
- Support material handling, tool management, and basic site duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Observe and comply with basic safety rules and site regulations
- Be assigned to work directly with a technician as a helper
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
- Basic awareness of workplace safety
- Willingness to learn and support technicians
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Prior site experience is an advantage but not required
