Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heavy Civil Construction Manager based in Lagos Mainland. The Construction Manager will oversee large-scale civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing construction crews, developing project budgets, coordinating schedules, and ensuring adherence to construction safety regulations. The role involves direct supervision of projects, liaising with stakeholders, and resolving issues to maintain progress and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to manage teams and oversee construction operations effectively
• Expertise in Project Control and Budgeting to manage project timelines and financials efficiently
• Comprehensive knowledge of Construction principles and techniques
• Strong understanding of Construction Safety standards and policies
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, clients, and team members
• Proficiency in using construction management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in managing heavy civil projects is highly advantageous
