Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's health and wellness solutions to individuals, families, and organizations.
- Educate prospective clients on preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Identify and engage potential customers through referrals and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer support.
- Conduct presentations and health awareness sessions when required.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand your client base and business network.
- Meet agreed business performance targets.
- Participate in regular training, coaching, and team meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND (higher qualifications are an advantage).
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, healthcare, or business development is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping people.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
