Head of Watches
Job summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Watches to lead our watch division and drive category performance. The successful candidate will be accountable for the category P&L, overseeing national sales operations and managing senior sales leaders, including the National Sales Manager and Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the watches category, overseeing all sales, marketing, and operational activities.
- Manage and mentor senior sales leaders, including the National Sales Manager and Head of Sales.
- Own the category P&L, ensuring profitability, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across retail and corporate channels.
- Monitor category performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure brand positioning and customer experience align with luxury standards.
- Provide regular reports and insights to executive management on category performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in luxury watch sales or a similar high-value product category.
- Proven track record in managing national sales teams and senior sales leaders.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L accountability experience.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of the luxury watch market and customer base.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
