We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Head of Vehicle Dashcam Devices Configuration & Technical Support to oversee the installation, configuration, diagnostics, maintenance, and technical management of vehicle dashcam systems and related telematics hardware.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy vehicle dashcam systems for various vehicle types and fleet operations.
- Set up and manage multi-channel dashcams, AI cameras, MDVR systems, CANbus integrations, fuel level sensors, and related telematics accessories.
- Configure communication protocols, including TCP/IP, APN settings, cloud connectivity, live streaming, and remote monitoring systems.
- Perform firmware upgrades, device provisioning, and software updates.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to dashcam systems and telematics devices.
- Troubleshoot video recording failures, GPS tracking issues, CANbus communication faults, sensor calibration problems, and power supply/wiring issues.
- Repair damaged circuits and electronic components on dashcam and telematics devices.
- Conduct soldering, PCB repairs, and component replacement where necessary.
- Lead and supervise installation/configuration technicians.
- Provide advanced technical support to field teams and clients.
- Develop technical procedures and installation standards.
- Maintain records of configured devices, repairs, and technical assets.
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance logs.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
