Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead factory operations to achieve productivity, efficiency, and quality targets.
- Integrate demand forecasting, production planning, procurement, and logistics for optimal service levels.
- Strengthen GMP, quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee engineering, preventive maintenance, and asset reliability.
- Build and scale a world‑class manufacturing ecosystem with strong process discipline.
- Guarantee end‑to‑end product availability with zero stock‑out tolerance.
- Drive cost leadership through lean processes, automation, and operational excellence.
- Embed world‑class quality, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum); supply chain/manufacturing certifications required.
- 8-10 years of experience in Manufacturing & Supply Chain within Chemicals, FMCG, Pharma, or Process Industries.
- Proven experience with factory start‑ups, expansions, automation projects, and import‑heavy raw material environments.
- Strong experience managing suppliers of production intermediates locally and internationally.
