An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced aviation supply chain professional to join a growing airline and Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) as Head of Supply Chain

.

This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, contracts, warehousing, and supplier performance to ensure uninterrupted technical operations and aircraft maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, and contracts team

s* Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve operational efficiency and reduce cost

s* Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performanc

e* Ensure timely availability of aircraft parts and materials to prevent AOG situation

s* Oversee aviation inventory planning and logistics operation

s* Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, customs requirements, and hazardous goods procedure

s* Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams on traceability, recalls, and compliance matter

s* Monitor market trends and implement process improvements across the supply chain function

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fiel

d✅ Master’s degree preferre

d✅ Minimum 10 years’ experience within aviation technical procurement and supply chai

n✅ Minimum 5 years in a leadership rol

e✅ Strong understanding of MRO operations and aviation regulatory compliance (EASA/FAA

)✅ Experience using ERP/MRO systems such as SAP, Oracle, or AMO

S✅ Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
