Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for shared services, administration, and operational support functions.
- Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures that improve organisational efficiency.
- Drive process improvement, cost optimisation, and effective resource utilisation.
- Coordinate corporate support functions and ensure seamless service delivery across business units.
- Provide strategic and operational support to senior management.
- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for organisational growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with significant experience in a leadership or senior management position.
- Professional certification such as FCIPM, FNIM, or other relevant professional qualifications is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in administration, operations, and strategic management.
- Strong business development and commercial awareness
- Experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Aviation, Mining, or a diversified business group is an added advantage.
