Job summary
We are hiring a Security & Compliance Lead to protect Ewokor Group’s people, cash, inventory, assets, and reputation. This role has direct authority over security guards and vendors and leads internal investigations relating to staff theft, collusion, fraud, and policy breaches. This is not a passive security role. It is a risk, controls, and enforcement leadership position.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee physical security across all Ewokor locations (stores, eateries, warehouses, offices)
- Directly manage security guards and third-party security vendors
- Design and enforce access control, opening/closing, and asset protection protocols
- Lead investigations into theft, fraud, collusion, and policy violations
- Enforce compliance with internal SOPs, Code of Conduct, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct routine and surprise security and compliance audits
- Oversee CCTV systems, incident reporting, and evidence documentation
- Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations on risk mitigation
- Prepare clear incident, investigation, and compliance reports for management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–8 years experience in security, risk, compliance, or internal controls
- Proven experience managing security teams or vendors
- Strong background in investigations and loss prevention
- Experience in retail, FMCG, logistics, or cash-heavy environments preferred
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to enforce rules firmly and escalate when necessary
