Job summary
The Head of Sales will lead our national commercial strategy, drive aggressive top-line growth, expand distribution to 200,000+ verifiable outlets, and reposition the brand around health, safety, and prevention. This role requires a data-driven commercial leader with strong execution discipline and deep experience in high-velocity FMCG environments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute scalable sales strategies that deliver measurable market growth.
- Lead nationwide distribution expansion and optimise route‑to‑market efficiency.
- Drive brand repositioning through pricing, promotions, visibility, and sales messaging.
- Oversee commercialisation of new product categories and ensure rapid market penetration.
- Build a high‑productivity, data‑driven sales organisation with strong KPI discipline.
- Strengthen distributor, trade, and key account relationships to drive loyalty and compliance.
- Manage brand portfolio, product mix, and trade marketing programs for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum); MBA or advanced trade/consumer marketing certification required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in FMCG, Chemicals, Home Care, or Pharma.
- Minimum 5 years leading commercial transformation in an organisation with a $5–10M+ balance sheet.
- Experience in Sub‑Saharan Africa FMCG markets is an advantage.
