Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

• Organize sales of company services through Insurance companies – VHI, VZR
• Banks – retail business Corporate clients to their employees
• Mobile operators Equipment sales networks
• Selling company services
• Conclusion of contracts
• Customer support
• Conducting meetings and presentations.
• Preparation of commercial proposals, invoicing, document return control.
• Concluding contracts, monitoring all stages of the transaction, monitoring accounts receivable.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales management of insurance companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan or management of the bank insurance department in banks.
• Personal acquaintances with top officials of Banks and Insurance Companies of Kazakhstan
• Active salesperson.
• Responsibility and activity, energy and determination
• Knowledge of sales techniques and methods - SPIN sales, sales based on recommendations
• Experience in sales to first parties in large companies
• No fear of cold calling
