Head of Sales
Job summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Head of Sales to lead and oversee our entire sales operations across multiple branches. This executive role is responsible for managing a team of over 40 sales professionals, driving high-value sales across government accounts, corporate organizations, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to sales teams across multiple branches.
- Drive revenue growth through government, corporate, and HNI accounts.
- Develop and implement group-wide sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee branch performance, ensuring targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales managers and team leads.
- Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and implement accountability structures.
- Identify and secure high-value partnerships and bulk sales opportunities.
- Present sales forecasts, reports, and growth strategies to executive management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in sales leadership, including managing multi-branch teams.
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams (40+ personnel).
- Strong experience handling government accounts, corporate clients, and HNIs.
- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
Remuneration: NGN 3,000,000 – ₦5,000,000.
