Job summary
Beamer Limited is a Nigerian out-of-home (OOH) media technology company redefining how brands connect with audiences across Lagos and beyond. Our platform aggregates premium OOH inventory from airport publishers and independent operators, while our proprietary Beamer Motion network deploys LED screens on taxi-top vehicles across Lagos.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation:
- Own and deliver Beamer’s revenue targets across all three business lines: Managed OOH, Beamer Motion, and Platform SaaS
- Develop and manage a structured pipeline of agency and direct client opportunities, with clear forecasting and reporting to the CEO
- Negotiate and close advertising campaigns, inventory deals, and publisher partnership agreements
- Establish Beamer’s rate card, pricing tiers, and discount frameworks in collaboration with the CEO
Agency & Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with media buying agencies, brand managers, and marketing directors across key sectors (FMCG, financial services, telecoms, entertainment, gaming, and political)
- Represent Beamer at industry events, agency briefings, and trade presentations
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop compelling sales collateral, media kits, and campaign case studies
- Manage key accounts post-sale to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term partnerships
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a growing sales team, including Business Development Managers (from June 2026), Account Managers (from January 2027), and a Customer Success Executive
- Set individual targets, run weekly pipeline reviews, and coach the team to consistently hit and exceed quota
- Build a performance-oriented sales culture grounded in accountability, data, and client excellence
- Work closely with the Airport & Field Ops Manager to ensure campaigns are delivered flawlessly on the ground
Strategy & Reporting:
- Report weekly to the CEO on pipeline status, revenue performance, and market intelligence
- Contribute to the annual sales plan, quarterly targets, and three-year commercial roadmap
- Identify new revenue opportunities, emerging sectors, and untapped publisher inventory that Beamer can aggregate
- Provide market feedback to inform product development, screen placement strategy, and platform feature priorities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in media sales, OOH advertising, or a closely related field in Nigeria
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a media or advertising environment
- Established relationships with Lagos-based media agencies and/or major brand advertisers
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills — equally comfortable pitching to a CMO and managing a junior account executive
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, able to build structure from scratch, and energised by early-stage challenges
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a sales team
Desirable:
- Experience in digital OOH, DOOH platforms, or programmatic advertising
- Existing network within airport advertising, FAAN-adjacent stakeholders, or transport media
- Exposure to SaaS or platform sales models
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
