We are seeking a Head of Sales & Investor Relations (Real Estate) to join us

Responsibilities:
Off-Plan & Unit Sales:
- Own and lead all off-plan residential unit sales for the organisation's projects
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of HNW individual buyers, corporate purchasers, and diaspora investors from day one — before launches, not after
- Structure and negotiate sale and purchase agreements in close coordination with legal counsel
- Manage the full buyer journey from first contact through reservation, escrow enrolment, construction milestone updates, and handover
- Build, brief, and manage a network of independent Lagos real estate agents and brokers
- Conduct regular buyer site visits during construction, keeping buyers informed, confident, and committed
Institutional & Fund Sales:
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with Nigerian institutional real estate funds targeting bulk unit purchases and whole-building investment
- Develop and maintain an investment memorandum and pitch package for institutional buyers
- Represent the organisation at real estate investment forums in Lagos and Abuja
- Work directly with the Managing Director to structure and negotiate fund-level transactions
Strategy & Reporting:
- Set and own the sales programme — units per month, revenue per quarter, total sell-down timeline — and report against it weekly
- Produce a weekly written sales report to the Managing Director covering pipeline status, conversion rates, buyer feedback, and market intelligence
- Monitor the Lagos residential market continuously and advise on the organisation's positioning and pricing strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Second Class Upper preferred. Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or real estate are an advantage but not required.
- Minimum 6 years selling premium residential real estate in Lagos — Ikoyi, Victoria Island, or Lekki Phase 1 specifically
- At least 3 independently verifiable closed transactions above ₦150M — references from buyers or developers will be required
- Demonstrated experience with institutional real estate buyers, REITs, or fund-level transactions
- A genuine, demonstrable HNW network in Lagos — we will ask for specific examples
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strongly Preferred:
- Prior experience at a developer, real estate agency, or branded hospitality group in Nigeria
- Existing relationships with Nigerian REITs, pension funds, or real estate investment managers
- Experience managing off-plan sales with milestone-based payment plans and escrow arrangements
- Experience managing a small sales team
