Responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of the Sales & Marketing Department, ensuring total accountability for all departmental results.
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that directly drive revenue growth and enhance the company's position in the luxury real estate market.
- Leading the end-to-end marketing and sales lifecycle for all Sable & Grey developments, as well as managing our brokerage and third-party property inventory.
- Setting, monitoring, and achieving aggressive sales targets while cultivating a team culture rooted in excellence and accountability.
- Actively building and managing strategic, long-term relationships with our clients, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring that every activity aligns with our company objectives to deliver consistent, measurable commercial success.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
