Job Summary

As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the real estate industry. You will lead a high-performing sales team, implement effective business development strategies.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and manage a team of sales professionals and brokers network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors’ activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide the strategic leadership, team spirit and the drive to ensure achievement of company objectives.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets monthly by successfully managing the sales team to promote listings.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company customer database.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers. 
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Increasing corporate client base and meeting corporate sales target


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 Years of experience leading sales and client relationship teams.
  • Brokerage experience
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience leading process improvement team or self-managed work teams in a fast growing real estate.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and business acumen
  • Demonstrate track record of achievement of performance management improvement and delivery at a senior management level.
  • Have excellent digital marketing skills
  • Innovative and problem solver
  • Passion for developing high-performing teams and a great culture.


Remuneration: NGN
300,000 - 500,000
