Head of Sales
Job summary
As Head of Sales, you'll own the entire revenue engine from Agents onboarding to luxury client acquisition to B2B partnerships and team leadership. You'll lead the organization's go-to-market execution, set targets, and create scalable processes to unlock aggressive growth across flights, hotels, and concierge services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Double H’s sales strategy across consumer and corporate verticals
- Drive weekly/monthly sales targets across all offerings (flights, hotels, rentals, experiences)
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team: closers, BDRs, partner managers
- Build and scale affiliate/influencer referral programs
- Lead B2B outreach to travel agencies, event planners, and luxury lifestyle brands
- Own the sales CRM, funnel, and reporting, track KPIs, and refine playbooks
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and marketing teams
- Provide continuous market intelligence to optimize offers and pricing.
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- 5 years of experience is required
