The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and driving the sales function to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through structured planning, disciplined execution, effective team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Translate organizational sales strategy into actionable plans, targets, and daily activities for the sales team.
- Target Setting & Performance Monitoring: Set clear, realistic sales targets and continuously track team performance against objectives.
- CRM Governance & Discipline: Enforce strict and consistent use of the CRM system for pipeline management, reporting, and accountability.
- Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, manage, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve high performance.
- Coaching & Capacity Building: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve sales competence and productivity.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead high-value negotiations and support the team in closing complex or strategic deals.
- Sales Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refining sales processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Client Relations, and Operations to optimize lead conversion and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
