Job Title : Head of Revenue Marketing & Growth
Location: Isolo, Lagos State.
About the role
ECS is a multi-vertical infrastructure and supply company serving Nigeria's food and industrial sectors across five business units. We are looking for a commercially obsessed, execution-driven Head of Revenue Marketing & Growth to own pipeline creation, drive qualified lead generation, and unlock revenue across our business units.
What you will own
Pipeline Creation & Lead Generation
- Build and execute structured lead generation strategies across all five ECS business units
- Prioritize business units by speed of revenue, ROI per lead, and strategic growth potential
- Connect offline activities (FERS showroom, field sales) with digital channels to drive measurable, trackable foot traffic
- Own the end-to-end execution — not just strategy, not just planning
Business Unit Growth Plans
- For each business unit, define: growth strategy, lead generation approach, budget, execution roadmap, and measurable KPIs
- Drive immediate wins in Food Equipment & Refrigeration (FERS) — fastest path to revenue
- Build a high-value pipeline for Warehousing Solutions (EPS) — high-ticket, high-ROI, longer cycles
- Scale lead generation channels for FoodPack Solutions (Packaging)
- Develop a full marketing strategy for Promo (Creative Branding) once Priority A units are stabilized
- Activate Food & Beverages (Ice Cream & Premix) as a strategic future growth lever
Cross-Selling & Revenue Expansion
- Map existing customers across all business units and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Create and execute targeted campaigns to unlock cross-sell value — a currently underutilized revenue stream
Performance & Systems
- Set up and drive adoption of a central lead tracking and qualification system (CRM rollout in progress)
- Define lead qualification criteria and align tightly with sales teams across all business units
- Own ROI-driven budget allocation across campaigns and channels
- Build repeatable, scalable lead generation systems — not one-off campaigns
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 8 - 15 years in a B2B revenue marketing, growth, or commercial marketing role
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and measurable revenue — not just brand awareness
- Experience managing or coordinating multi-channel lead generation campaigns (digital + field)
- Strong ability to work closely with and align sales teams to a shared pipeline system
- Comfort operating in a multi-product or multi-vertical commercial environment
- Experience with or readiness to drive CRM adoption from the ground up
Skills & Attributes

- Data-driven: you make decisions based on CPL, conversion rate, and revenue impact
- Strong cross-functional collaboration — marketing, sales, and leadership
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly across competing business units and campaigns
- Excellent communication: you can sell a strategy internally and run campaigns externally
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Manus; CRM platforms a strong plus
