Head of Project Management
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Project Management to lead the PMO function across our group of business units. This role is responsible for establishing and enforcing project governance frameworks, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring that strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Project Management Office (PMO), setting standards, processes, and tools for project delivery across the Group.
- Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of key projects spanning multiple business units.
- Establish project governance frameworks, including risk management, reporting cadences, and escalation protocols.
- Work closely with the Founder's Office and BU leads to align project priorities with strategic objectives.
- Maintain consolidated visibility over the project portfolio — tracking milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, risks, and resource conflicts proactively.
- Produce high-quality project reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
- Mentor and manage project managers and coordinators within the PMO.
- Drive a culture of accountability, documentation, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is required.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a corporate or multi-unit environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or equivalent.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience building or formalising PMO structures from the ground up is a significant advantage.
- Close attention to detail with the ability to see both strategic priorities and operational execution.
