Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop proactive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
- Implement lean, Six Sigma, and advanced manufacturing practices for consistent output.
- Lead process engineering improvements to maximise efficiency and reduce waste.
- Drive plant modernisation, automation, and smart factory initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Plan capacity for new product lines without disrupting existing operations.
- Manage utilities, energy, and remote logistics for cost‑effective operations.
- Enforce strong HSE and environmental protection standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (2:1 minimum); an MBA is an advantage.
- 8-10 years of FMCG manufacturing and supply chain leadership experience.
- Proven track record with greenfield plant setups or major plant upgrade projects.
- Strong exposure to multi‑SKU beverage manufacturing and premium packaging.
