Job summary
We are looking to hire a Head of People Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing operational policies, standards, and procedures for the organization
- Coordinating and managing multiple departments towards achieving operational objectives
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Formulating strategic and operational objectives and tracking progress towards achieving those objectives
- Examining financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Performing quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Managing procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of people operations, labour law, organizational culture
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience working in or setting up structured HR systems for hotels is an added advantage.
