Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all daily operational activities of the travel agency
  • Advise management on operational strategies, process improvements, and best practices
  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate team performance to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and workflows
  • Create and execute strategies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and revenue growth
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end client experience across all travel services
  • Monitor operational KPIs, sales targets, and commission-based performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a travel agency, preferably in an operations or management role
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Solid understanding of travel operations, booking systems, and industry trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with sales targets, KPIs, and commission-based structures
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure
