Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities across loan processing, customer onboarding, and service delivery
- Develop and improve operational workflows and SOPs to enhance efficiency
- Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with Risk, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure quality operations and reduced errors
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Supervise operational staff and ensure a strong service culture
- Manage documentation, reporting, and operational audits
- Identify operational risks and implement control measures
- Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must have experience managing operations in a Microfinance Bank or Finance House.
- Must have a strong understanding of operational controls and compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Finance
or related field
3–5 years operations experience in an MFB or Finance House
Strong knowledge of operational controls
customer onboarding and loan processing
Experience creating SOPs and improving processes
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organizational and reporting skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
