The role ensures maximum equipment availability, efficient logistics, cost control, regulatory compliance, and safe operations while driving operational excellence across the business.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, fleet, workshop, and logistics to ensure efficiency and business continuity.
- Manage Assets & Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and vehicles are properly maintained through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and lifecycle management to maximize uptime.
- Oversee Fleet & Logistics: Manage fleet deployment, transportation, and delivery operations to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective service.
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Monitor operational performance, optimize resource utilization, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Manage Costs & Resources: Oversee fuel, maintenance, spare parts, and other operational expenses while implementing controls to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance & Safety: Enforce compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across operational activities.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for operations, maintenance, and logistics teams to build a high-performing workforce.
- Report on Operational Performance: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, asset utilization, maintenance, costs, and key performance indicators, while recommending improvements to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial operations.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fleet management, maintenance systems, logistics, and HSE standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations reporting tools.
