Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Operations to oversee and optimise all operational aspects of our microfinance bank.

- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bank and ensure compliance with MFB regulations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor the performance of all operational units and staff.
- Ensure efficient loan processing, customer service, and risk management.
- Lead and mentor the operations team.
- Ensure monthly operational targets are met, including loans disbursed and deposit mobilisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in microfinance operations.
- Excellent knowledge of microfinance banking processes.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.-
- Ability to work independently and strategically.
- Must reside close to Ikorodu or be able to commute easily.
