Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations and translate organisational strategy into actionable plans.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, cost control, and business performance.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance management, and team coordination.
• Ensure quality programme delivery, learner satisfaction, and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Develop operational systems, policies, processes, and reporting structures.
• Identify growth opportunities, build partnerships, and support the development of digital learning solutions.
• Promote safeguarding, accountability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in operations, business management, finance, project management, or team leadership.
• Strong financial literacy, organisational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools, spreadsheets, business systems, and reporting.
• High integrity, initiative, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Genuine passion for children's development, education, mentoring, or family support.
• Experience in education or youth development, HR and recruitment, safeguarding, digital learning platforms, or managing a growing business (added advantage).
