We are looking for a results-driven Head of Marketing / Growth Lead to own and scale revenue across our e-commerce brands. This role is responsible for: Turning ad spend into profitable, predictable revenue, Building a systematic product-launch and scaling engine, Leading paid media, creative, and product research
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own monthly revenue targets from marketing
- Manage marketing profitability (CAC, margins, and order volume)
- Ensure marketing spend translates to actual banked revenue, not vanity metrics
Paid Advertising Leadership
- Oversee all paid media (Meta, TikTok, others)
- Supervise and manage Media Buyers
- Decide:
- Which products get the budget
- How much to scale or cut
- When to pause, kill, or relaunch offers
- Implement structured testing and scaling frameworks
Creative & Messaging Direction
- Lead creative strategy in collaboration with:
- Creative Strategist
- Video Editors
- UGC Creators
- Define winning: Hooks, Angles, Offers, Messaging per product
- Ensure high creative output and fast iteration
Product Launch & Research Oversight
- Work closely with the Product Research & Offer team
- Decide which products to launch
- Define: Pricing, Bundles, Bonuses, Guarantees
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of new products
Reporting, Data & Accountability
- Deliver clear weekly marketing performance reports
- Track performance across: Ads, Creatives, Products
- Identify issues early and propose solutions proactively
Requirements:
- BA/B.Sc/HND in digital marketing, or any related field
- 3–5 years in performance-driven e-commerce
- Managed ₦20m+ monthly ad spend
- Strong Meta Ads experience (TikTok is a plus)
- Understand Nigerian consumer behavior
- Comfortable with Pay-on-Delivery realities
- Experience in managing teams
- Email marketing knowledge
