Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function of a leading company specializing in the sales, supply, and distribution of residential and commercial tiles, doors, and sanitary accessories.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage all marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Oversee content marketing, social media, email marketing, and advertising activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support revenue generation and product promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on data and insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Build relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations for management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience within the building materials, construction materials, ceramics, sanitary ware, home finishing, or related industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong digital marketing and brand management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.


Remuneration: NGN 600,000 – 800,000 Monthly


Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
