Job summary
We are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, trade marketing, portfolio growth, and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketer who can reposition the brand around health, safety, and prevention, drive national demand, and partner with Sales to deliver aggressive top line growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead brand strategy, portfolio management, and category growth.
- Design trade and channel programs that drive in‑store execution and visibility.
- Develop demand‑generating campaigns that support national distribution expansion.
- Drive brand repositioning around health, safety, and prevention.
- Lead consumer insight, brand positioning, and launch strategy for new categories.
- Build a data‑driven marketing engine that improves ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Strengthen distributor, trade, and consumer engagement through compelling storytelling and activations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum); MBA or advanced trade/consumer marketing certification required.
- 10–15 years of experience in FMCG, Chemicals, Home Care, or Pharma.
- Minimum 5 years leading brand or commercial transformation in a $5–10M+ organization.
- Experience in Sub‑Saharan Africa FMCG markets is an advantage.
