Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand's global growth strategy.
- Strengthen positioning within the luxury fashion market.
- Protect and evolve the brand narrative, identity, and market perception.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand equity and cultural relevance.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Develop strategies to increase both local and international sales.
- Lead all brand communications and public relations initiatives.
- Build and manage media and press relationships.
- Secure editorial features, interviews, and strategic media opportunities.
- Develop communication strategies for collection launches and major campaigns.
- Identify and pursue strategic international growth opportunities.
- Build relationships with luxury retailers, buyers, stockists, showrooms, and distributors.
- Secure opportunities for fashion weeks, exhibitions, trunk shows, and retail activations.
- Develop partnerships with industry organizations, platforms, and stakeholders.
- Support export initiatives and international market expansion efforts.
- Build and manage relationships with wholesale and retail partners.
- Develop strategies to increase wholesale revenue.
- Coordinate buyer presentations, line sheets, and commercial communications.
- Develop relationships with stylists, editors, celebrities, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Secure partnerships that strengthen brand credibility and awareness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–8 years' experience in luxury marketing, communications, public relations, business development, or partnerships.
- Experience working within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of international luxury markets.
- Proven success securing partnerships, media coverage, and commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 350,000-450,000
