This role drives digital marketing transformation, manages corporate reputation and PR (including crisis communications), and leads all content, advertising, and campaigns.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy aligned with the Group’s vision and business objectives.
- Lead the marketing team and subsidiary marketing units to ensure consistency of brand identity and message across all platforms.
- Work closely with executive management to shape corporate reputation and drive strategic partnerships.
Brand Management & Positioning:
- Strengthen the Sylvastar Group brand presence through innovative campaigns, media visibility, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the Group’s brand guidelines, tone, and strategic goals.
- Oversee creative direction, storytelling, and visual identity across digital and offline platforms.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Management:
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, enhance visibility, and support business development.
- Utilize market research, analytics, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions and measure ROI.
- Supervise content creation, advertising, social media management, digital marketing, PR, and event coordination.
Corporate Communications & Public Relations:
- Manage internal and external communications, press releases, and media relations.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management strategies.
Digital & Data-Driven Marketing:
- Drive the digital transformation of Sylvastar’s marketing initiatives — including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email automation.
- Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement across all digital touchpoints.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team capable of executing complex, cross-functional campaigns.
- Foster creativity, innovation, and accountability within the department.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
