The role will oversee campaigns, digital marketing, partnerships, promotions, and customer-focused initiatives to increase betting activity and strengthen the company

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy in line with business and revenue objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing, paid media, affiliates, influencers, partnerships, and other channels.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, reactivation, and lifetime value.
- Lead marketing campaigns around major sporting events, promotions, bonuses, and betting products.
- Oversee brand positioning, content, social media, PR, and promotional activities.
- Develop and manage affiliate, media, sports, and strategic brand partnerships.
- Monitor customer behaviour, market trends, competitor activities, and betting industry developments.
- Track marketing performance and key metrics such as acquisition cost, conversion, retention, ROI, and revenue.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of marketing spend.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance, CRM, Technology, and Risk & Compliance teams.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards.
- Lead, develop, and manage the marketing team to achieve set targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, with significant experience in the gaming, sports betting, fintech, or digital industry.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, brand growth, and revenue generation.
- Strong knowledge of digital and performance marketing, including paid social, search, SEO, affiliates, and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of the sports betting market and customer behaviour.
- Experience with CRM, customer segmentation, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to measure and optimise marketing performance.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of responsible gaming and marketing compliance.
- Professional marketing certification or MBA is an added advantage.
