Head of Marketing
Job summary
We are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, consumer marketing, and premium brand repositioning. The ideal candidate is a strategic, insight driven marketer with deep experience in premium beverages or luxury FMCG, capable of building a differentiated brand that drives demand, premium equity, and long term profitable growth.

Responsibilities:
- Own long‑term brand vision, positioning, and portfolio architecture.
- Design and execute consumer marketing campaigns that drive awareness, trial, loyalty, and consumption.
- Lead premium brand repositioning through refined pricing, packaging, communication, and experience.
- Develop channel‑specific marketing strategies that support effective route‑to‑market execution.
- Strengthen trade visibility and demand generation through promotions, activations, and in‑store excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum); MBA or advanced trade/consumer marketing certification required.
- 8–10 years of experience in premium beverages or luxury FMCG.
- Proven experience leading national brand building and large‑scale marketing transformation.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within a $5–10M+ enterprise.
- Experience in Sub‑Saharan Africa FMCG markets is an advantage.
