Responsibilities:
- Ensure data security on all devices
- File sharing protection to avoid possible company information loss/theft.
- Provide troubleshooting and rendering technical support to users of the network.
- Assistance, maintenance, and monitoring of the company’s computer systems.
- Perform regular maintenance for computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment.
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance and calibrations on machines and company hardware
- Maintain and execute maintenance plans of various printing machines.
