HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (HEAD OF IT) Lagos, Nigeria
The successful candidate will lead the institution’s technology strategy, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity architecture, enterprise systems, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled operational transformation across investment banking, commodity trading, structured finance, and institutional operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in enterprise IT, financial technology, or digital infrastructure management
- Strong background in financial services technology, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and systems administration
- Experience implementing enterprise productivity platforms, workflow automation systems, AI-enabled operational tools, and institutional data environments
- Strong understanding of information security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and governance frameworks
- Experience managing technology vendors, software procurement, and enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of capital markets systems, treasury systems, ERP platforms, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools is an advantage
- Relevant professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco or equivalent) are advantageous
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within financial institutions, investment firms, or commodity trading environments preferred
