Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people-related matters
- Drive initiatives to support company culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning
- Oversee performance management systems to drive a high-performance culture
- Identify and develop training programs to support employee growth and leadership development
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management
- Design and oversee compensation structures and benefits programs
- Benchmark salary data and review total rewards strategy regularly
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems (HRIS, payroll coordination, etc.)
- Ensure efficient administration of employee data and records
- Monitor HR metrics and report on HR performance to senior management
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation
- Champion new HR technologies, systems, and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance
- Experience in scaling HR functions in growing or dynamic environments
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) are an advantage

Remuneration: NGN 20 Million Per Annum
