The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy
- Drive customer acquisition and retention
- Optimize loan origination volumes and portfolio growth
- Lead marketing, partnerships, and distribution strategies
- Analyze data to improve conversion rates
- Manage digital channels and campaigns
- Build strategic partnerships
- Collaborate across product, risk, and operations
- Track growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn)
- Lead and develop growth team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field - MBA is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in growth/marketing/business development
- Proven track record of revenue and customer growth
- Experience in financial services/fintech preferred
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills
