Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the finance and accounting function.
- Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Drive financial planning, analysis, and business performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and oil & gas regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial audits and statutory reporting.
- Develop and monitor financial controls and risk management frameworks.
- Support executive management with business proposals and investment analysis.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of previous experience in a similar role
