Head of Event Production & Technical Delivery

Responsibilities:

• Translate the company’s concepts into flawless live execution by overseeing all technical, scenic, staging, lighting, sound, rigging, fabrication, and production elements across events.
• Ensures ownership of production standards, reduced reliance on third parties, margin protection, and elevated creative output.  
• Build and lead the company’s internal Event Production Unit.
• Develop production frameworks, SOPs, safety protocols, checklists, and quality standards.
• Advise management on optimal vendor partnerships, equipment investments, and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of staging, rigging, lighting design, audio engineering, LED/video tech, and fabrication.
• Proven ability to run large-scale corporate events, concerts, festivals, brand activations, exhibitions, and hybrid events.
• Deep vendor network and strong negotiation skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Ability to read/produce CAD drawings, layouts, and technical plans.
• Excellent leadership communication & crisis-management skills; very attentive to detail with an obsession for quality.
