Job summary
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Head of Customer Service to lead our customer service team and ensure exceptional client experiences throughout the property acquisition and after-sales processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive customer satisfaction. Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor service quality, team performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare customer service reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service, with proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
- Applicants residing in Opebi, Ikeja, or its environs will be given preference.
Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 180,000 – 200,000
