We are recruiting a senior execution leader for a leading engineering services organization operating across oil and gas, energy, and industrial sectors.

This role owns the full lifecycle delivery of complex engineering, maintenance, and manpower projects with direct accountability for execution, client satisfaction, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end delivery of MEI engineering projects across multiple sites

• Translate strategy into structured, revenue aligned execution plans

• Oversee operations, maintenance, automation, and technical manpower services

• Drive governance, timelines, quality standards, and risk control

• Own commercial outcomes including budgeting, cost control, and profitability

• Lead and align cross functional engineering and operations teams

Project Scope & Specifications:

• Electrical and instrumentation installations, calibration, and system integration

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial plants and equipment

• Automation and control systems deployment including PLC and SCADA environments

• Mechanical installations, piping systems, and facility upgrades

• Manpower deployment and management for technical and site based operations

• Turnaround maintenance, shutdown planning, and execution

• Procurement support and delivery of engineering components and systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years experience in engineering, project management, or operations leadership

• Strong background in oil and gas, energy, power, or industrial sectors

• Proven experience managing large scale EPC, maintenance, or industrial projects

• Strong commercial and financial management capability

• Executive level leadership and stakeholder management experience
