Job summary
You will lead the marketing function for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation across real estate projects. This role oversees the end-to-end marketing strategy, manages a high-performing marketing team, ensures alignment with corporate objectives, and strengthens positioning in the real estate and construction market.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the real estate projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
- Translate corporate and project objectives into actionable marketing initiatives across offline and digital channels.
Brand Management & Positioning:
- Establish and maintain a strong brand presence for the company in the real estate and construction sector.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
- Leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to enhance brand positioning and visibility.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Drive campaigns to generate qualified leads for the company's residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and project timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Digital & Offline Marketing Management:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website, email marketing, and content creation.
- Plan and execute offline campaigns such as property launches, events, print advertising, and exhibitions.
- Ensure integration of digital and offline channels for a seamless customer journey.
Budget & Performance Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives.
- Track KPIs and provide regular reporting on marketing performance to the Managing Director.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights to optimize team performance and campaign effectiveness.
Stakeholder & Agency Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, media partners, and industry associations.
- Oversee agency briefs, creative development, and media buying to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to brand standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing certifications) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a marketing team.
- Proven experience in real estate, construction, or property development marketing.
- Track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that drove brand growth, lead generation, and revenue.
