Head Marketer
Job summary
You will lead the marketing function for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation across real estate projects. This role oversees the end-to-end marketing strategy, manages a high-performing marketing team, ensures alignment with corporate objectives, and strengthens positioning in the real estate and construction market.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Designing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Managing, hiring, and mentoring internal marketing teams (such as digital, creative, and content specialists).
- Brand Management: Establishing and maintaining a consistent brand message, identity, and positioning across all channels.
- Budget & ROI Management: Allocating marketing spend efficiently across campaigns and analyzing performance metrics like ROI and Customer Acquisition Cost.
- Market Analysis: Conducting competitive research and analyzing consumer behavior to spot market opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborating heavily with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive marketing experience strictly within the Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Network: A solid, verifiable network of HNWIs, corporate clients, and real estate brokers.
- Skills: Strong expertise in luxury brand marketing, digital marketing, negotiation, and high-ticket sales conversion.
- Location: Proximity to Ikoyi or willingness to commute easily is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (an MBA or professional certification is a plus).
