We're Hiring: Head, Information Security
We are seeking an experienced Head, Information Security to strengthen our information and cyber security function, safeguarding the Bank's data, systems, and infrastructure in line with regulatory and industry best practice.
What you'll own:
🔹 Enterprise information security strategy, governance, and risk management
🔹 Security architecture, threat monitoring, and incident response
🔹 Regulatory compliance
🔹 Security policy development and staff security awareness programs
🔹 Vendor and third-party security risk assessments
🔹 Board and Executive Management reporting on security posture and risk exposure
What we're looking for:
✔️ 10+ years' experience in information/cyber security, with experience in banking or a regulated financial institution
✔️ Relevant certifications are strongly preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of CBN cybersecurity guidelines and Nigerian data protection regulations
✔️ Proven experience managing security incidents and regulatory audits
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and Board-level communication skills
